Hey wrongmotor, you still selling your wife's FD? I saw it for sale a while back, just wondering.

Well, she is. It developed a turbo related oil leak, so we have another set of twins headed this way. Also doing a cat-back and downpipe while it's apart.

But yes, it's still around. Want it?

I too would like to ride in a converted FC or FD. Maybe even get a chance to drive it in a parking lot or something.

I'm somewhat interested. It's exactly like my first FD that I ever bought, but I just picked up another red R1 and am about to buy a house... so if you still have it in the spring, I may hit you up.

I think that applies for quite a few of us... the ethusiastic feel of the boards has gone down the toilet and a lot of people are selling their 7s. BB King said it best, "The Thrill is Gone"

I'm less involved beacuse it was taking hours away from my day, and reflecting that on my business productivity.

And yeah, we're selling Courtney's FD, but are looking at another one as a project car. Also, we still have 5 FC's.

yeah, no more intellectual threads. people started simply posting "how to" questions. i guess the falling price of the car might have caused this surge in doofs and whatnot.

Hell no she isn't dead!!

But she does need some TLC.

FMIC, hybrid turbo, brakes, e-fan install, EMS, clutch master and slave cylinders, better y-pipe and mufflers......whatever else I can get in before Deals Gap.

Also there is an oil leak I am trying to track down.

I stole the Racescort back from the father in law, so I'm good!

phil, im sure your deuce will be in MUCH better shape than mine. . . well, april's. . . hers has rust just about everywhere. the interior is in pretty good shape, though. the biggest reason we picked it up is because of the KILLER price i got from FCZach, and the fact that i wanted to hammer down on the chassis anyways. . . just figured it would be pointless to get stupid on a perfectly good chassis, when i could just build this one to suit from the beginning.

Hey Paul I got another FC, its a 90 GXL. Hopefully I can take both of them to the lunch, got it just to sell. Maybe I can make another sweet deal with somebody on this one. You would'nt happen to be in the market for a 2nd gen would you?

You wouldn't want to put a V8 in an RX-7. It totally ruins the whole car.
