OK, so I'm good to go (read: got the wife to OK it)

Would anyone mind PMing me if anything changes? I don't have a facebook account and don't want to miss out if you guys decide to have a last minute change of heart.

Meeting with the Tom Bush marketing/promo rep went very well. The dealership is onboard 100% with not only this meet but future meets. Brad has excellent ideas to support the community including, but not limited to a sponsored geo-caching treasure hunt around Jax with app-enabled iphones and android handsets, track days with skills/skidpad sessions down in St. Augustine at Tech School track, potential sponsoring for either a Tom Bush race team or individual drivers. Nothing is set in stone but at least we're seeing real interest in our community again! We should be seeing some Mazdaspeed 3s and 6s at our meet on the 9th and yes, Steve, there will be swag.

Two large sub platters and large wing platters ordered from Publix. Should be enough to feed 75-100 people along with drinks, ice and chips!

This sounds super awesome. Track days sounds cool, so does the geo-caching thing. I have an android but don't know how to do the geo thing lol. Need to read up on it.

I was thinking about coming up in the DD, but I'll have to pass. Sounds like I'm going to miss some fun. I'll use the time to work on the FC. It needs attention!

Damn this thread is so full of win!!!! And I was just thinking of the fact that I am going to have to stop autocross for a while due to lack of tire funds. If 1/4 of this stuff pans out it will be amazing. WELCOME BACK BRIAN, ITS AWESOME TO HAVE YOU HERE!!!!!!

this sounds awesome. I just took the exhuast off of rxse7ens (brians hands), great guy. however I just realized that I have to install it tonight because i have no room to storage it. so to the people that I said I would buy body parts off of i have to wait till I get a storage unit lined up. I live in the barracks and the rules say no car parts in the rooms.

well if it comes down to it, I have a storage closet outside my restaurant that we can put body panels in temporarily. Its in Avondale, so its close to NAS JAX. The only catch is that I am the only one with a key, so I would have to be present for you to go in and out.
let me know.

Rick--you made it back alive? I wish I had those bolts for you so you could install tonight. If I didn't have to go prep the condo we could have installed it here.

Steve--you're welcome...and still no swag for you.

Rick-- how did the install go? How does it sound?

Steve-- Awesome. I really need to go to the tail of the dragon next year. Sevenstock is fun, but rotary revolution was full of all kinds of debauchery and a real blast. Back in the day we were trying to get them to do one here in Gainesville.

Brian, sounds like Tom Bush is finally back in the Mazda community. Glad you were able to get that relationship back. I hope they continue to support the rotary community. Can't wait for this meet.
