ok, so are we meeting to caravan?

 

I looked at the map directions and from 301, you can take the back roads out almost to Gainesville raceway, and then cut strait across... Doesn't look to bad... on the other thread, there may be some question as to where exactly is it going to be held....

What time are you guys going to caravan? I can't get away before 1:30pm....

Man, sucks!!! Just found out we have company coming over Sunday.... Looks like I wont be able to make it after all. Nothing etched in stone yet, but when the wife says we have company coming, well, that's that. She has been known to surprise me though. I'll keep up with the threads, just in case.

Any of you Jax guys have a caravan aranged yet? If I can somehow make it, I'll be looking for you either on the road or just see you all when I get there.

ill go but i wont b able to start rideing out untill like around 4-4:30pm. When does it start and when will it End?? i might b able get off earlier but i dont know yet.

 

Still looks like I wont be able to make it tomorrow. Sure was looking forward to it.
Anyone going to cruise tonight? Publix in Argyle, or Roosevelt or Sonic? let me know, I'll probly cruise for a couple of hours.

I snapped a few pictures, I forgot to take some of Gringo Grande's Vert, Tucker's 2007 GRM Race car, and CantGoStraight 3rd gen. Plus I missed the guys name of the other 3rd gen and yellow RX-8 that showed up. Tom also took some pictures hopefully he will post some. If you want the full size, full resolution pics just pm me.

 

As it turns out we had a small gathering. We had an RX-8, 5 3rd gen's (we do like to show them off) 2 second gens, and 1 first gen. Late arrivals we met in Waldo were one second gen and another 3rd gen (and a pickup truck). I understand there was a first gen that arrived as Rotary Buddha was leaving the the park. Jim left early and Tom left for home when we went sight seeing. So all in all it was a comfortable gathering (not too hard to keep everyone together but enough to be noticed) total that was a yellow 04 RX8, aRed 93, a MB 95, a MB94, a MB93 single, a Blk95, a slvr 93, a blk 2nd gen vert, a blue second gen single, a second gen GRMS single, a first gen, and one late first gen. Some were lucky enough to have there women folk with them and hopefully they enjoyed the get together as well. Jack

 

So are there gonna be any 7's only meets anytime soon? I mean I don't own a 7 but I'm curious about these cars and loved to go to a meet and I'd just park away =P hahaha. I mean I've considered getting one but I'd also need it as a DD And my gf lives out of the town and I need a more dependable car to drive and see her instead of flying (i might lease an impreza for the time being starting next year). so right now I'm more of a guy with a sidelines passion for rx7's lol.

 

I'd like to do a get together, if it is on a Saturday. Anyone else up for one?

Ya this saturday would be awesome !! Even though finals are next week, but I'll consider this a break from studying Saturday's are usually my off days but im gonna be out of town next saturday visiting my gf and get back next week and still waiting on the new schedule for this month from work =/ but that's just me the non-7 owner lol.

 

I'm going to be in Russia for the next two weekends. I'd go to Jax after Xmas although I'm thinking about a meet down in Clearwater on January 18th.

Man, talk about going somewhere where they actually have winter!! I have always wanted to go there. My parents took a bicycle trip across Russia a few years ago.

Back on topic. I am open to any Saturday as long as I have advanced notice.
