That's still sweet. I was a tier 2 tech for a week but I can stand the phone so they mademe the field tech.

 

Well the way our cell company has it. T1 is customer care t2 is service techs t3 is handset engineer, noc, and field. I but it's crazy how similar it looks to the equipment we use

 

Thats a pretty typical way to classify support tiers across the networking industry.

 

Well that's good to know. I didn't know if that was the same. Our noc was just known as the switch until recently.... basically same thing but since we are implementing our own 4g network and would require another switch we now call it noc lol... we are small
