Yup the wife hit a deer looks like she got him on the ***. Theres a chunk of deer in the headlight housing and a LOT of deer **** all over the hood and windshield. Me and the wife have been looking for a new car. Now we have to get a new car lol

Looker like the only serious damage is radiator rad support and headlight...

Hey guys, I think this auto trans in the GXL is about junk....from 1st to 2nd takes so long i could take a nap in between shifts!!! I am thinking about a manual swap.....whats needed? and does anyone have it?

 

You need to find a straight drive car to get the pedal assembly out of. Obviously you will need the trans, master cylinder, slave cylinder, hard line and rubber line. Flywheel, clutch, pressure plate, trans crossmember, and driveshaft. Here comes the fun part. The bolt hole locations in the floor pan for the trans crossmember are in different locations for the tha auto vs manual trans cars. You will have to take the auto trans crossmember and the manual trans crossmember and blend the two together. Specifics on the trans crossmember can be found by calling me.....

 

Alright I think gettin the parts will be easy as I have a stash of fcs at my local junkyard

Time to play the price is right...here's the list....any guesses to total price? Just as an idea local advance wanted 50 bucks for 1 front rotor

 

You guys ever had the brights stay on not being able to turn them off? I have done the relay mod so I took relay off for now. Hopping that the relay its at fault rather than switch.. don't have a spare relay tho to test

I always see a junkyard off of 85N the right side on my way back from Charlotte. It's packed with rx7's but the next exit doesn't come up until another 10 miles and I can't figure out how to get to get back to that location. That must be the one, send me an address man! I need parts.

It was my relays getting wet somehow. Took them off. Everything dried off and its working fine now
