/\ I might do that Mike but I just don't want to make a detonation mistake right now.

Chris- I might do that to, thanks.

I agree with the boost controller. The factory solenoids cannot react fast enough to prevent the boost spikes but an aftermarket can.

Sure, you can borrow my datalogit. Just let me know when. I will be using it quit a bit but I can come by wit it and we can load a map. Not sure if one of my maps will help but I have a few for streetport and med-large single. Only proble will be the fuel, I am running 1000's and 1680's. But I do have a couple 550/ 1680's as well.

Yep I was there. My son Paul and myself drove up Friday night. We had a blast. We need to get together here in Huntsville and in the Birmingham area as well. I like the food there. I am looking forward to it

^^The base fuel map will probably be fine with an upgraded timing map. If not I know where you can get a WB to use, raises hand. And a streetport map will have less timing than a stock port so the timing shouldn't be a problem.

If you want I can send you the timing map I'm using in my car to look at, it has a good bit more timing in the upper half of the rpm band after transtion compared to stock but still very low knock.

Hope I did not confuse anyone with this post. It was directed at Dustin not HUS. I guess I should have responded via PM.

That's exactly why I don't really want to do that, because everyone else is. Don't get me wrong, I love the 99 spec stuff but I have to be a little different. I might do the 99 spec wing in the future but I'll probably go with a FEED or Burnout front.

I'm kinda like the guy that bought one of the Enzo Ferraris...he didn't want his to look like the other Enzos so he took the $10,000 wheels off and put $20,000 wheels on. Except I can't afford an Enzo or even the wheels for one

I agree. It is almost getting rare to see a stock bodied Fd anymore. The only part I could see myself changing would be the hood and only for performance reasons via big *** turbo getting no fresh air! Maybe i should just remove the fender liners??
