I'm a jarhead...wouldn't have my car if i didnt' spend time overseas a few yrs back...so good stuff...grandfather was a AF bomber in WWII.

 

GET SOME!!!! Yeah, my story is just like many other peoples lol, the day I had wild hair in my *** and decided to enlist, all the branches were closed strangely enough except for.... the air force. I was gonna go marines but then the VERY hot recruiter seduced me..... THATS MY STORY AND IAM STICKING TO IT!!!! LOL, In the end, i think it was the right choice, i have a family and the AF life is alot more forgiving than the marine or army one.

 

That's no lie!!! I have some friends in the Army and marines and they can't stand it. I sent you a PM femnto. I only know of one FD on base (1994 white, 60-1 single) I think it's currently getting it's engine rebuilt. Theres a couple more off base I know of as well. Talk to you later!

GC are you talkin about my old one? if so...it just got sold to an old buddy in new mexico. i am trying to get another one. but the thunderbirds are workin me to death. i dont know if ill ever have time to get another..

nice i might try and join you guys sometime i just got my dream car a RX-7 FC white 1990 GXL and i would like to meet some people more knowlegable about RX-7 than I as this is my first running car.

Any idea when the next meet would be in the upstate of SC.

Currently I've got an '83, white GS, de-smogged with header and straight exhaust with one of those coffee can "mufflers", an '84 GSL Limited not currently running and an '85 GSL-SE 13B with the rear seat. Also got an '82 rwd 626 and a '91 miata. Way too many toys and projects.

 

All these people in the area yet 8 people at the meet last weekend? Yeah Masin Cough looser Cough!! JK lol More people should show up its only once a month.

yup rofl at the ricer meet. god it was so funny when the fc's outnumbered the evos. too bad nobody saw what jamin did once everybody left. hahaha. all the people at the skyline looked over and saw jamins car. good stuff.

Some of us have other obligations to attend to...like the US Marine Corps...and I can't complain too much about them because if it wasn't for the Corps, I wouldn't have my FD...

Yeah i wasnt there because my FD wont be here till thanksgiving weekend. Even thought iam going through ALS right now, i will try to get to the next meet in december, any idea when its gonna be? Lets make it mid month after pay day =).

 

its always the first sat of the month, so this one will be on dec 2, in the upstate bitches. that means i dont have to drive hardly anywhere!!

 

I dont like first weekends of the month...thats typically when i have Marine stuff to do...but in Dec i'm the 15-17th...so i could make the 2nd...but my FD probably wont be back up and running by then...im planning it to live again at the end of the month...so hopefully early Jan...or i just plan a meet to debut it

 

I'm pretty sure that I'll be there for the next meet! With me should be another 10AE and an 89+ vert...

hmm maybe he shot some idk personally but he did gun it right b4 we came to the light then it almost turned red so he stopped but shifted so u could hear the bov, and everyone near the skyline looked over at the light. that wouldve been a plus if he did shoot fire tho. haha

btw welcome to the sc rx7 club. hope to see the fd sooner or later. finally theres someone not super far away that has a highly modded fd haha.
