Are we going to orlando? I know a guy out in venice, used to be my nextdoor neighbor.. He's the one that got me into rx-7s. BTW doesn't anyone know who drives a gold FC with a black hood. I think the FTPs were missing too.. it had a N/A hood. and s4 tails I think.

I saw the silver S4 with a park bench on the back again at UT... I almost ran up to it and ripped the wing off.

Lol yeah, i could see rob now, sitting on the hood of the car with the wing in his hands waiting to beat the owner with it.

 

I've heard about that car, but I haven't actually seen it yet. That wing sounds like a great place to read a newpaper.

 

Unfortunately he was moving at the time or I would of done something similar. It's mounted odd too. It's mounted on the same plane that the hatch key hole is on as opposed to on the "top" of the rear section. It's hard to explain. For all I know that's necessary to mount it on a 7, but maybe, JUST MAYBE, there's a reason it's hard to fix a park bench to a 7.

 

actually that mounting position seems to make more sense to me than on the top area, more material to take the weight of teh wing and teh forces applied to it. Id have to see said wing to judge it, as im rather keen on a lowish profile wing of large width....no taller than 4-6 inches and sitting a bit further back than stock.
