So you found the problem... or at least the symptom. Back to work You already tried a spare ECU, right?

Guys.. its a sad day..
I got t-boned this morning...
REAL bad thing, it was about 15 mins AFTER i got my first gen running...
After almost 2 years of sitting, my first gen had life for about 15-20 mins..
No pics i didnt have the digital cam with me for once.
The car, well.. shes pretty messed up.

Pickup truck ran a stop sign. It then met then side of my car.

Jesus Christ that sucks man! I'm guessing the frame got bent since it was a t-bone. Try to get some pictures and assess how bad it is. At least it still runs!

Derrick... are you telling me you started a TII with the UIM off/apart? How does that work?? Congrats on getting it running. That's what... 4 cars that've gotten running this month including GolferFreddie and Kanuk. That's pretty good. Now let's hope we can all keep our stuff running.

Sorry for your loss Hellbent... at least it wasn't your fault and it'll be paid for. What kinda condition was it in? I'd keep everything you can ....and I'm not just saying that because I have an 85 and I'm a parts vulture... really...

I thought you were saying that you actually got it started with the manifold off, which would be impossible. Sounds like you have a short in there somewhere. Keep digging!
