Woohooo, put the parts car's idiot cluster into the NA today....goddamned thing works perfectly, even the ******* clock!! reworked some of the old mods, including the FD alt.. did some grinding to the FC alt adjustment bracket to accept a thicker bolt that would fit the FD alt better, much tighter fit now. Car is idling at 500ish at full stop with the clutch pedel depressed, but 750-800 with the pedal out and the car out of gear (dunno wtf is up with that yet.) Still have to check out the 'new' wiper switch...with luck its in good shape as well, if not oh well. oh yeah... I ******* MISS MY TOP END!!!!!

hmmm i may still yet go to the dragon depending on how late ppl wanna wait on mei wanna take teh NA to the meet, but im not up to driving it on the dragon, ive got mismatched front rubber as it is for the trip out. though id like to tackle it again with the t2 with the all seasons see what happens....

 

tuff choice , I got the 1st gen in the garage all preped for paint I had a little body work to do but its all done now . I'll be in the T2 tommorro , Is liz gonna make it ?

I think the only reason I'm going is to get the shirt. I'm just not feeling it right now.. But Derek, I could drive you NA and you drive the t2. that way you get to show ?Josh? the NA. and bring your T2 for the Dragon.. Then I could take it back back call you and then leave the key somewhere and leave.. But I don't know if I'd wanna drive your car just in case something happens.. I dunno.
