I am going to be trying to pass emissions here in about a month with my new engine and I was just wondering what you guys think my chances are for passing? The new mods are listed below different from last year when it passed.
Streetported engine
Front Mount IC
1300CC Secondaries
Power FC Tuned
Metalic Cat with no Air Pump (but I can use the Air Pump with the stock cat if nessasary.)
What do yah think my chances are?

Yeah, You're probably screwed. I have stock injectors, air pump and stock ports and I always have to take fuel out using the PFC in order to pass emissions every year. Usually I just go to the PIM settings and turn the fuel down to like, 85% for the rev range I'm expecting on the rollers, and that seems to do the trick...YMMV. With a street port and no air pump, I'm betting you're hosed, though.

How close are you to getting your car back on the road. I used to see it on 400 from time to time. I don't know if you remember but I was the guy that pulled up next to you in traffic and was talking to you about your FD one day, I was driving my old Integra. I have a black base (stock) and live in Conyers.
Anyway I know about the emissions stuff and how it can be a royal pain. If you can't pass with adjusting your PFC I would just put the stock cat back on and hook up the air pump.
If I ever go with a hiflow cat I think I will get one that has the connector for the air pump.
