Anyone want to come take a look at the FD and see if you can help me figure out what the hell is wrong with it? Leaking oil a little, then that stopped and it started leaking gas! Now I don't even want to start it out of fear for blowing me and the car up!

where do you stay at? i might be able to come over and help you out.

 

I think theres only so many places a gas leak can come from...tank to lines to rail to injectors and back again right? It is a rotary though so who knows, just follow the leaky brick road. Id try and help out if I was closer. Does everyone have the general idea of the meet this weekend?

Its alive! its aliiiiive!! Ok so 5 days till the meet and i still havent heard an f'n thing from anybody about planning. Is everybody hoping to do everything they want to do all at once or what? How 'bout meet, eat, drive and kart...sound good? Heres the plan if no-one has said any different.

DRIVE:Thats mostly what its about right? Attention and education to the masses.
This will go on from the time we get do eating and that can be whenever so
theres no restriction to the long winded guys in case a b.s.ing episode
occurs(you know who you are)
For some funny reason I got an idea of taking over a car wash and cleaning
the money pits before we head out but its just a fleeting thought so
whatever. Backroads(could take us up to 30 mins away) or main city roads
for easy cruising will be decided on a concensus at the meet

KART:JUNGLE RAPIDS Someone had stated that we could possibly cart for a while
towards the end of the night on one pass so that may be a possibility but
hope for the best prepare for the worst so we'll see.

Im basically just shooting from the hip on this so if anyone has any better ideas better speak up now cause I'd consider wednesday to be the deadline for a rock solid plan. If you know someone that is coming or wants to come get on the horn with them and let 'em know whats going on that way we're all on the same page

I'm living in French Creek. Barracks 371, number is 512-529-6605. I had Rotorsports rebuild the motor, but it started to screw up again about 2 weeks after I got it back. First it wouldn't start with the PowerFC computer, then it started leaking oil, and now fuel. Fun fun

 

I hope you get the problem fixed. I used to live in the triple nickel out there in French Creek. If you dont get to bring the FD to the meet you should come out anyway.

Hey guys, just letting you know that unfotrunately I can't come down this weekend, family problems have arisen and while it's not that serious, I will be gone a couple days. Maybe next time.

On a better note, if anyone wants one, I have an extra Greddy V2 electrical boost gauge, white face I want to sell. It's still in the box and never been opened. Ordered 2 by accident, so let me know if anyone's interested. $100 probably, we'll see.

 

i'm headed to ericks house tomorrow night after work...i'll be getting in about 9 pm and staying there...

hopefully we all will get together on saturday and drive down together to wilmington...

 

its about time people started posting up..turn out seems bigger than expected.

 

I dont know if you guys have anything planned out but a suggestion is the jacksonville and surrounding area guys meet at that shell on 17 across from that high school at 945. You guys probably already have a plan but just throwing that out there.

last i talked to him he was coming to wilmington. If youre getting that info from the ncrotaries site he accidentally posted in the wrong thread(posted in raleigh meet thread when it looked like he thought it was the wilmington meet), if not then I dont know. When he talked to me, tuesday or wednesday I think, he said as long as it doesnt rain he'd be coming here.
