Seems to me, that if you want to resolve this situation, BOTH parties will have to agree they WANT to resolve it. Then after you've done that, appoint a 3rd party arbitrator; one who is respected, intelligent and can be trusted by you BOTH. The arbitrator can then listen to BOTH sides of the story, review all the data in a logical manner and make recommendations on how to best resolve the situation.

If all parties agree to make every attempt to comply with the resolution, then the success of the resolution would rest soley on the character of the participants.

All too often, interactions of this nature become obscured in insults, name calling and superficial bullshit, having nothing to do with either the problem OR the solution. Think of how much more enjoyable the rotary community would be if members just agreed that we are all different, have different standards and different personalities, yet willing to set aside observations of differences to promote unity and endorse a positive environment to make the car clubs of Southeast Region the Best in the Nation.
