Just an observation.... Post where in the South East you're looking for work, and what kind of "fab work" you do.

Roll cages, suspention setup, bead rolling, panels, ect. Pretty much racing fabrication kind of stuff. Right now I'm about to graduate from High Performance fabrication at Nashville-Auto Diesel college. I need a job comming out. I know how to use most of the equipment a typical racing fab shop would have such as MIG/TIG welder, cutting sheer, bead roller, tubing bender, ect.

Right out of school, I'll be returning to Alabama, but I can move anywhere in the Southeast or beyond if neccesary. wondering if any shops would like to save money by being able to make certain parts in house. (strut towers, exhaust systems, roll cages, radiator/intercooler end tanks, fuel cells, kick panels, ect, ect.)

I certainly hope so. I'm tired of living in poverty. I don't want to end up like my parents.

Hey there Luis from DMS Racing I started just like you in my younger years I was hungry to work on cars and racing was a passion of mine ..... I started at 15 year old in a small performance shop here in Miami . As I got older and more experience on cars then I went on to work on race car and that’s where it all began .................And now I look back at all I have accomplish from hard work ,reading on engine and some school it has paid of f .Tech School is the most imported thing for a upcoming mechanic .so always keep learning
About cars and remember to be a good Racing tech you must first master mechanic or the basics..
Good Luck…….Luis
