I'm here just always forget about this section. I'm above Greensboro, own a 95 FD that needs a ton of work but is drivable. So if you got any questions ask.

So making a dodge REPU(Rotary Engine Pick UP), could be interesting depending on which motor you're useing.

Post some pictures, plenty of rotary people in the area. Mostly Raleigh/Durham but Oxford isn't that far out.

By which motor I mean, 1st gen or 2nd gen since you said 13b I'm guessing non turbo. Depending on when it was made if I remember right 1st gen made around 135hp, while 2nd gen had 145 and 160 depending on year. So you could have a nice little bump in power or almost double depending on which motor the truck had originally. If you think you might add a turbo later just go ahead and start with a 3rd gen 13B-REW and get 255hp right out the gate which is almost triple if you had the small motor and just drive it.
Just seen the pictures, so middle motor mount equals 2nd gen 13b if you didn't know already.

Well if you're going to turbo the NA, my best advice is head over to the 2nd gen area and read everything you can from Aaron Cake on the subject. He is probably one of the most knowledgable people on the subject and has a ton of helpful hint and tips if I remember correctly.

because no one wants to sell the reliable, always running SAs so the rest of us are left to buy FDs that like to hang out in the garage on jack stands

I drive my FD as much as I can and just about any time I need to run out to Greensboro or Winston Salem. Only real time it's been down since the rebuild last year was do to clutch hydraulics going out and that was only 2-3 weeks do to rain.
