Well as im shure all of you think that my crazy driving was at fault for the first time i decide to drive like a granny at a max 17mph in the dolphin mall a guy that was my left thought i was making fun of him after he saw me laughing so he used his car to hit me and run me off the street.... as stupid as it sounds sadly enough its the truth =/ i got out of the car punched him once in the face while sitting down pulled him out and threw about another 3 more punches before he backed off and went back inside the car and locked the door... i was surprised that he decided to do what he did with his wife and 2 kids in the car... but neways after talking with the officers he got a ticket for improper lane changed and i drove away with my fucked up car but ill be getting my insurance ticket in a the next few weeks at a total of $1559.47 so with that i should be able to fix my car neways onto my pictures....

yea after that cops were coming and i didnt want them seeing me fighting so we let off but this **** only happens in miami..... im gonna be moving to tennesee in the next 2 years with my family i'll be moving to sevierville... so enough with miami =)

You're lucky the officer didn't arrest you either. I would have charged you with burglary with a battery therein. (Formerly occupied burglary). It's a nice charge that you CAN'T Bail out of Jail for a longgg while.

Granted, the other driver should have been arrested for aggravated assault with a motor vehicle too, but eh..

Either way, it seems you got lucky, glad it worked out in the end.

and then again you posted it on here what you did and how many times you did it .. this can be used against you in a court of law. which means you need to keep your mouth shut. Its only hearsay when it is spoken but since its typed in black and white then you can hang for this. If someone decides to submit your posts then you may have some officers knocking on your door.

 

lol people say there going to kill people on forums all the time. it's that net bs flaming **** that makes it so very hard to be used in court. any true attorney would know it also. it's very hard to use anything said online in court. like the only reason they can use it on pedophile is because they can only charge them if they show up at the bust or have kiddy **** at home. but don't tell any creepy people that.

First off you dont know what you are talking about. Threats made on the forums are not substantial enough to warrant legal action, enforcement or litigation. Whereas having done something in the real world such as physical bodily harm to an individual and then talking about it on a public forum constitutes intent to aggravate by battery on a person and malicious premeditation after the fact. In plain english, when someone commits a crime and then talks about it whether it be in person to another or over the phone or on a public forum is stupidity. All someone has to do is inform a Law Enforcement Entity such as a police department official and they can go by and pick up tweak. After all there is a record that he was involved in a vehicular altercation with another individual who was cited for unlawful lane change. All that individual has to do is simply go to the police department and complete a delayed statement which in less than 24 hours time tweak could be picked up for burglary with a battery therein (Formerly occupied burglary) as directfreak stated above. He must either know the law really well or has a relative that is a police officer. In any case there is not statute of limitation pertaining to this assault .. it may just be one year though but i cannot remember. In any case, there is ample time for someone to get the word out to the police department and inform them of this post and that is if someone hasnt already copied and pasted the above statement and forwarded to the police. You are aware that the information about this incident is of public record so that means that someone can find the name of the officer as well as the name of the person that tweak hit. There were also witnesses such as the wife in the car and the kids. I am letting you know of all these things so you may think twice before you act that you might just get away with this one and if you have a god then you best start praying because if someone lets the word out you wont be getting out anytime soon and you can just forget about going to Sieverville, TN. You will be in Miami for a pretty long time.

Did you know that if you threaten someone by cell phone or any phone conversation that you can be arrested and charged ?

It's a fact because the telephone is not really yours... well the telephone line not yours.. it belongs to the Federal Government and its regulated by the FCC and FTC.. even though AT&T or Bellsouth may own the trunk lines. So dont threaten someone over the telephone because you can find yourself behind bars at least for one night. The litigation sets in and fines imposed by the Federal Government. You dont believe me? well just like i told the officer he pushed me first so i defended myself it was self defense just as the officer understood the guy admitted to all his actions and apologized.. period the end its done and over with just now trying to get insurance to fix my car =/
