Air Filters

whell i tryed going to the tech area but wouldnt let me post anything for some reason but... i was wondering where and what filters would be best for the car.. im getting the pipeing for the intake soon and i just need to find good filters

From what I heard, the K&N ones are the best. But you can always go for an Apexi filter. Thing is if you get the filter, might as well buy/build a CAI box, so you draw in heat.

oops, I meant, so you don't draw in heat. Yea, a Cold Air box. It helps your air filter to bring in nothing but cold air, and not heat from the engine.

Cold air box : Home depot, some ingenuity == sealed off section of the engine bay

(buy a roof vent cover and pipe insulation, cut hard plastic to fit, coat with rubber pipe insulation, and done
