I'm putting this out there for those in the area that may want to come out.

Essentially Off Road

We are having a party at the shop July 29th. The highlight will be some kick *** FMX stunt jumps OVER the building!!! Thats right. We will have a bunch of trucks and buggies we have built up on display as well. It should be some good fun. We are still tryng to work with 102.9 The Buzz for a satellite broadcast, but nothing final yet.
The fun begins around 1:00pm. And its BYOB. If you want to drink that is!

holy crap. . . they have a good bit of guts jumping the building. what about that road that runs next to it? cant remember the name, but it intersects with murfreesboro road. wouldnt that provide a bit of a dilemma? maybe its further away than i remember. . .

 

Its further than you remember. We have an open lot between us and the road. Thats where the landing pad will be.

Also these guys jump for height, not length. Its should be sweet.

the 29th is the Family Values Tour at Starwood, so 102.9 may have other plans... but i'm going to try to work a short day... if possible.... or a long lunch.... to come by...

 

We had a meeting with 102.9 on Friday and its all gravy. They aren't that involved with that event. Not a problem.

man, i wanted to come to this. . . but i was way to busy painting my hood so that i could hang out in hell for some reason!!!! david, did you get burned at all?

 

There were tons of 4x4 trucks and tons of fire department trucks running up and down the road. That place was packed with trucks.
