1st Gen Emissions Question
Just wanted to confirm the following. For an 1979 SA in North Carolina, I don't need to worry about passing emmissions?
The car is going to be mostly driven on the streets but while i am rebuilding it I wanted to do a Sterling Carb and possibly a straight pipe.
Any info from NC 1st Gen owners would be appreciated.
