i've looked at this webpage to order a clutch and flywheel

I found out that the prices for most of stuffs here are very cheap compare to other wholesalers..
but the werid thing was that the shipping price were only $25..
and shipping are available within 24 hours
i live in alberta, canada btw..
i just don't know if it's true..
anyone who have ever ordered stuffs from these guys, did you ever get stuffs within 24 hours.. or in 2 days..

I have had a good experience with the rx7store..Shipping was a little longer than expected,but the product that I had purchased wasn't currently in stock.I was very pleased with the communication and packaging though.

well.. how much did you pay for the shipping.. like unbelievably cheap like mine..?
and how long did it take to get in front of your house..?

 

Jason and Co. are very very good people to deal with. Their prices are top notch and customer service is very good. Only problem is that shipping usually takes longer than you'd like. Just make SURE that the part you're ordering is in stock otherwise be ready to wait.


Re Shipping: Just call and ask them yourself. Being in Canada you may pay more for shipping. Better to be sure before ordering.

 

how do i check if it's in stock or not?

 

It's a lottery. He may or may not have it in stock. If he has it in stock, he may or may not send it out in a timely fashion.

I'd reccommend buying from RP. www.rx7.com Ari stocks everything and ships immediately.

I've bought from both, and with my experiences, I would buy anything Ari sells. I would hesitate before buying from Jason again.

As a note, I'm pretty sure it's Jasons staff that is causing the problems and not Jason himself, he seems to be a decent guy from what I've seen. I guess that doesn't count for much if his staff is dropping the ball, though.

 

The clutch and flywheel are probably in stock depending on the item. I would email you if it was not in stock. Shipping quote on the site is for shipping inside the US. Cost to Canada on those items is around $80 I think and thats thru US Postal. If you want a stock check shoot me a PM with the parts your interested in.

The main difference between rx7.com and myself is they will stock everything at their location. The disadvantage with that is you are going to pay more thru them for the same item. I have good distributers that will stock stuff for me and then send it directly to the customer which lets me keep the prices lower due to no freight costs to me. The problem with that is there can be some miscommunication between us and the distributer about what is available and what isnt. That is what usually causes customer complaints. The past couple of years I have been able to communicate quicker with the distributer and the customer which has cut down on complaints. Plus I stock more than I use to which helps.

as i've told you before, i need these right away.. as soon as really possible....
and bad thing that it's alberta, canada,... can't just go there pick it up.. lol..

Probably depends on how much you're willing to pay for overnight, express customs shipping . . .

The shipping quote online is not correct and only gives an accurate quote if you are in the states. I would email you an exact quote once the order is placed. USPS is typically 3-4 days shipping to Canada.

well.. total price there, i saw extra $35..
so do i have to pay for that extra amount right now no matter what..?
and if i pay for it right now, would u be able to send me e-mail right away..

and i was also wondering, if i don't need flywheel, you guys take it back..? and refund back to me..?
how does refunding works? do i have to pay for shipping again to send it back?

 

That's the nature of the business when ANYONE is dealing w/ distributors who will dropship for you. Sometimes they have the items in stock, sometimes they don't. But under ALL circumstances, they will tell YOU that they DO hehe
