WOOOHOOO, that new used car smell! (56k don't bother)

Actually it's the smell of a short in the wiring harness somewhere, but hey, it's still a nice car. Anyways, my friends at Davis told me about a fancy new parking structure so I thought I'd take some pictures there this weekend. My EGI fuse started blowing so no other locations for at least a week while my mechanic tries to track down where the wires are a-rubbin'.

Only plans for the near future are to fix the wiring issue, remove the seatbelts and motors and install the 5-point harnesses. I may also add on a ShineAutoProject front lip because they have so many available with a group buy going on. Oh yeah, and paint the freaking mesh black.

Mods include:

Mild porting of the engine (still smog-able)
K&N intake kit with heatshield
Rotary Performance high flow catalytic converters
Custom dual exhaust with two Supertrapp mufflers
MSD 6D Ignition box and shift-light
Racing Beat 9lb. flywheel
Racing Beat clutch
JIC FLT-A2 coilovers
Racing Beat front swaybar
Removed rear swaybar
All polyurethane suspension bushings
Autopower 6-pt. rollcage
Corksport front and rear strut tower bars
Koyo Double-pass Aluminum Radiator
Corksport 30mm wide body front fenders
5Zigen FN01-RC wheels (17x9)
Cobra Milano S bucket seats
Porterfield RS-4 brake pads
KVR cross-drilled rotors
Goodridge SS brake lines
Motul RTF600 brake fluid
Mazdatrix Short Shifter
Momo Race shift ****
Momo Race steering wheel

Well, fitment isn't 100% perfect, but it's fine if you ask me. I care more about stuffing 30mm more rubber under the front fenders than how flush they are.

2nd that....otherwise looks good.
I would also pull the lower part of the front bumper cover off (bottom lip) and
sand off the white paint, so that its black again.

The first set of pics were the best. You picked the best time to shoot pics IMO.

Nice backround too. Great car.

Sick car! great scenery, and that "chicken wire" really doesn't look that bad, better than a gaping hole at the least. Now about that engine bay...
