Veilside?

Has any one seen the Veilside Fourtune model in person? Can you even buy the kit?

Yeah, it definitly isn't cheap!
But, I'd rather pay a good shop to install it than a cheap shop that would mess it up.

That kit is total "ricer"imo, but it is kind of cool to see it in person.

This was a touge meet in NorCal last year. The owner was driving it hard even on shitty roads which was cool.

A person who makes unnecessary modifications to their import car (hence the term "rice") to make it (mostly make it look) faster.

just my opinion of the fortune kit, don't get offended.

ok im not a fan of flashy body kits but the fortune kit is acually a functional kit. i believe its been wind tunnel tested, have to ask brian on that one tho. and at the very least allows u to shove monster tires under the car wich by itself dramaticly helps with traction. so yes its flashy, but far from "rice". its not a honda with a pointless huge wing. and a wide body with crappy offset momos or some ****. and the fd owners that put this kit on thier car im sure have splurged a bit under the hood as well. just my 2 cents

maybe get rid of all those exposed rivets. Don't like the two tone simply because of the fast and the furious. I'd love to see one a darker color. Personally, I think its ricey, but I'd pimp it.

i agree. if i ever got one, rivets would be moled over or somthing to hide them. and i would probably go black with a dark candy blue for the second color, somthing subtle

I want to know if someone has done a 700hp 20B build.... IMO this kit NEEDS a 20B under the hood! The no doubt hundreds of pounds of extra body, and wheel/tire mean only one thing.... Beefy engine!

pics anyone??!?!?!

i wont get into a v8 vs rotary arguement. different strokes for different folks. some like the tourqe without spending alot on a 20b. parts for them are cheap. u can build a 650rwhp ls1 and have it last 100k miles, a rotary is nice because yes u can get that power. minus the torque, there simple. unique and fun to drive. but at that power level. you will never get 100k miles on it. i love both options. so i dont care either way , id like to have one of each at least. but lets keep this thread on topic and end it at that.

Haha. No lets not. I would rather have an ls7 than any rotary. I mean... 505hp STOCK... and it will last like 200,000 miles.
