Request: Make my pic into an Avatar

Here's the pic. I can get it down to 100x100 pixels but can't get it to the 6.0Kb limit.

use ms paint to stretch/skew the pic until it is 100x100

Best I could do is 100x75 @ 4.59 KB

I was using paint but it was only getting down to 14kb at 100x100
