Just purchased this bad boy! I am really stoked about it. Actual Camera in the first 2 pictures. I will need to buy a lens and then I can get some pictures up after using it. Got a smashing deal on a lightly used Nikon D70 DSLR.

I am going to go w/ a Nikon 18-70mm lens for starters along w/ a Nikon 55mm. I talked to the seller/owner all day today about it and he sent me a lot of links on pictures taken w/ it and links to all kinds of accessories for it like lenses and such.

Pretty happy about my first DSLR.

Congratulations, thats a nice camera. I have a D40 myself, but have used the D70 and 80 and they are much nicer. I'm actually kind of disappointed with the D40 because it's not compatible with enough lenses.

I'm looking to get a D1x. It is lower mega pixel but it uses a lot more lenses (especially my older lenses) and I like the feel of the larger body. But in a perfect world I would have this :

It is the sellers pictures of my camera. lol. But I am totally excited about this baby! But yeah RXdrift7... I would have a plethora of camera's including a D2X w/ a million lenses in a perfect world.

Hell... I feel bliss just putting my camera up for sale and purchasing this thing. I can't wait for it to get here. It's being overnighted tomorrow.

well... it arrived today @ 10am!!! Got some pictures, Non-Rx7 but you guys know that I am good for them. So here are the first shots... unedited, in automatic mode (b/c I have to learn the manual modes to really work the camera and show some sweet colors and shots). Only in time tho. But for now, some newb DSLR shots! haha

haha yeah that was a pretty funny pose. The depth of field is great with this tho. I have been playing with it still even after getting off the phone with you.
