well...it is a 4 rotor pheriperal port. Same kind of motor that was in the leManz car

correct me if im wrong but i thought pheriperal port was good up to 10k rpm for power, why is he saying 8500 rpm.

he said he didn't want to go turbo because it was so expensive so he put in a 4 rotor, am I crazy or could he have easily made a turbo car for a small fraction of just what that motor costed???

I think he was refering to a 4 rotor turbo, like that guy with the 4 rotor M3, which would cost the same for the engine and components but then the fab-work for the turbo piping + turbo would be more expensive.
