Teresa Fidalgo is the name attributed to the "ghost" on this tape. That's Brazil. There is also a mention of this video...in Sintra, Portugal.
Here's the website...translated...

one woman named Teresa Fidalgo, who allegedly caused a car crash, according to a tape held by Brazilian authorities.
Many viewers claimed the video was a fake and regarded it as a clone of The Blair Witch Project.[6][7] The producer, David Rebordão, admits this, explaining the story's fabrication on his website.[8]

White Lady? There's a ghost story in my town about the White Lady.
Back in the 1800's, some guy ordered a mail order bride from Europe. He promptly beat her to death, beheaded her, and burned the house down around here. Now there's a cemetery near where the guy's house was (just a foundation now), and a little further up the road, a place where people take their 4x4's.
About once a year, someone freaks out after seeing a glowing woman in a bloody wedding dress on the side of the 4x4 track up in the middle of nowhere.

Nonsense, I've never laid eyes on you. Pics don't count. :P
Never actually seen a ghost, but there was some weird **** going on in my old house. And a weird creepy feeling I would get in certain areas. Plus I know some people (non-ghost story type people) who have had brushes with demonic presences and seen the effects of witchcraft in action. There's a lot of stuff out there that defies logic and reason, but there's twice as much BS stuff as well.

Some of the best researchers in the field of paranormal (without psychology degrees) is T.A.P.S. which has a show on Sci-Fi "Ghost Hunters". I really appreciate their skeptical approach, debunking of experience, and general scientific approach. Even if they have personal experiences, they don't count them, unless backed up with A/V evidence. Some of the **** they catch is.... wild, to say the least. Especially when they go to Europe, yeesh!
