first seafoam

first time seafoaming my car to help pass emissions...

about half a can in the vaccum and then the rest in the tank and like anothe 1/3 from a leftover buddys can in the tank. i seafoamed my car twice tho.. a little one and then i drove it around for a little and then another dosage both through the vaccum. gonna install cat tomorrow

shouldnt be. i dont think its like atf or mmo that it can destroy your "good" carbon in the oil control seals that prevent oil from entering the housing and being burned causing smoke.

i seafoamed my car through the vaccum line in my carb once and then drove it around and seafomed it again through the vaccum. then dumped some in my gas tank

I found sea foam did very little.

I ran it through my rb26dett and the next day dissasembled the engine for an unrelated reason.

the carbon build up was still there, and ugly too.

you might have to.. im not sure.. i did the day i went to smog. and the oil came out sludgy and bubbly and it looked like there was a film on it. maybe residue from the seafoam? i think seafoam also is less dense than gasoline so it floated to the top and by the time i smogged my car it was showing good numbers but it started smoking everywhere.. maybe the seafoam since my gas tank was below the empty mark so the smog tech had to abort.. damm soo close so i filled my gas tank to full and will drive my car around before smogging it again
