kill it with BOOMSTICK!
Well, judging by the fact that the hood opened, which requires some outside force to do so, the clutch and/or flywheel grenaded itself/themselves at the end, giving us light to the reason why the engine died. If you notice, too, the engine spools down at a steady rate, not rough and quickly then normal, then quickly... Nothing happenend fast enough to red flag me to the engine blowing, but rather the clutch failing, but more than likely the flywheel went, due to the fact that in the end it was acting like it had a very lightweight flywheel (i.e. after it blew it spooled down quickly).
My $.02, FWIW!

This is the second such vid I have watched tonight. Does everybody get off on abusing a car till it dies? Are the people who are participating TRYING to destroy parts? What is the point?

I am wondering, but when he was burning out in one spot, was he hydroplaning on the smoke, because it stopped squealing. I like this video, this is the 4th time I downloaded it and it never gets old. This is the vid that got me into the Rotary engine, lol, good endurance by what I seen there. I think he should have got tires in more worse condition and it would've been over in a pop of a tire
