Idiot... That didn't look good. It almost seemed like parts of ceramic flying out from the cat.

Did you hear the car at the end of the video?? Sounded like it lost a couple of apex seals.

i dont think it lost apex seals, although it did sound like it, i think the fire in the engine probably fried some wires.

Their parents should not have been allowed to breed, that much is clear.

Can anyone explain to me exactly what happened? How did an engine fire start from what they were doing?

They should be forced to stand behind that exhaust and burn to death.

Massive amounts of exhaust heat. His downpipe was most likely red hot after that bullshit.

Looks to me as though they he wasn't tuned worth a damn if he's doing that.

I've put my car through more at actual WOT under load. All they were doing is revving...big whoop.

do the backfires themselves actually hurt the car? mine shoots a flame once in a blue moon and backfires almost every time i get off the throttle and downshift into second at 40mph or flog it quickly but not long enough to raise the rpms then it backfires once i start driving again...do these backfires stress the engine and cause any internal wear or damage to the seals?
