Wtf

Where the hell did all my stickies go?

The vendor ***** have been around...I got a warning about my digital tuning sig.

I wonder if they deleted my threads.

The management of this site pisses me off so much.

The more I think about it, the more I'd love to abandon this site.

It sucks because it's a good community. But I really don't have time to deal with the idiots that run it. If they want to chase their advertising dollars away, fine by me.

Just a reminder, if you have a problem, please make a help ticket at help.pocketlogger.com

I will not be around here as much anymore.

Thats f'd up... what a bunch of crap. maybe they could open up the pocketlogger forum or at least the rtek forums to people other than just customers...?

Were your stickies archived? Just a thought.

Pretty lame though...

As far as the stickies , I am the one that removed them. They are not allowable advertising. Even if you were a paying vendor, advertising is not allowed in the tech forums. Here is the stated rule.

15. Allowable sales of items must be done via our Classified section, and users must read and agree to the Classified Section Rules (below).
Apparently I was "advertising"... I tend to call it "helping the community".

I kinda knew this would happen when the board was bought by a company. The only reason they bought it was to make money with it. Now they need to make sure they get their "cut" whenever anyone mentions a commercial product...

Lame indeed.

Sorry to hear about this, Mike. It seems that quite a few of the big contributors have been getting the cold shoulder lately, for "advertising" reasons.

looks like they deleted the 2.x update thread.. which was created because everyone was asking when certain features were going to be released and which are available now.

so if keeping customers up to date on product versions is "advertising," then turbo2ltr can no longer answer any of our questions related to current or future product features.. thats retarded

The threads have been put in a temp holding forum. Once they are cleaned up of any advertising material they will be returned as stickies with all relevant information.

Glad to see some of the stickies back. Unfortunately the product roadmap didn't seem to make it back.

I guess they didn't want Rtek to put rx7 club in economic hardship

how would a link to www.pocketlogger.com be considered advertising? The only people in here either already have it, are already going to buy it, or mis clicked on a link.

site admins need to grow up a little bit and stop ruining the community.

Keep up the good work man.
