Wideband / AFR ?

While cruising at 70mph or so is it normal for the afr's to sweep from about 13's to 15's? Or is there something a person can do to get the afr's to not sweep so far or are they going to do it no matter what?

AFRs bouncing around 14-15 AFR would be metering from being in closed loop (02 sensor in use).
