Im just wondering if i buy a used 2.1 is it possible to reset the previous presets and everything and is it possible to get an instruction guide online?

Yes and yes.
Rtek has stock settings..you can reset to stock.

do you mean you want to set it back to "stock"? If so yes its very easy. As far as the instructions if you cant get them from digitaltuning then I can get you a copy
