I'll resend it. I wanted to know if you could build an S4 NA box with the ITS mod for me?

Whats the deal with revving to less than 7k on an S5 NA? Revving for the hell of it is one thing, but not even redlining it?

You'd be surprised at where the power actually lays on any production car in relation to the tach. Revving to redline for each shift isn't always making things go faster. Very often it's only making more noise. In this particular case freeing up flow on the exhaust side would move the HP up the ladder as well as giving a bump in power across the whole rev range. Regardless, peak power on stock ports is going to be south of the 8000 rpm redline.

Unless the power starts to drop off dramatically or if you've got really close gears then it's best to redline it every time. One excercise you can do is import the dyno numbers into excel then scale them vertically and horisontally for each gear ratio(first is taller and narrower, second shorter and longer, etc). It'll only be better to upshift short of the redline if the scaled power in one gear drops below the scaled power in the next gear. I think you'll find that it's still better to redline it every time, even though the peak power is lower than the redline.

Technically, the best shift point would be where the engine power drops of to the numerical equivalent in the tach after the shift. Unfortunately, I can't think of many cars you can do that on. That's why really peaky cars have such short gear ratios.

Those before and after graphs are AMAZING, I bet the car also runs a little cleaner also. Anyone have any before and after graphs of a Turbo motor with just fuel tuning?

I moved my website and all the links I've ever posted were broken. If anyone wants a file copy just send me a PM.

What does *graphs* mean? I've taken quite a bit of crap from non-believers thinking I manufactured those results. I'd hate to think this was more of the same.

I realize this is kind of an old post, but when will the Rtek 2.0 come out for the S4 NA cars?

Thanks!
