Rtek 2.1 S4 turbo Lean at primary to secondary stage.

Car: S4 JDM turbo engine, rtek 2.1 625cc/1000cc injectors AEM adjustable FPR. Welbro 255 fuel pump. ECU set at 550cc/720cc. PLX wideband

I am currently having a issue where the car will lean out around 3k, under any condition, near the injector stage point. I was wondering if anybody had any ideas to want may be causing the issue. Vacuum lines routed incorrectly, bad injectors?

Kind of expected with such a huge jump in injector size. Get injectors that are closer together between the primary and secondary.

Also check to make sure your injector impedance is correct.

I removed the resistor box, since they are high impedance injectors.

It turned out to be the way my Corksport TID, BNR turbo and AFM where setup. The turbo compressor inlet is about 3in where the Corksport was about 2ins. I replaced it with a 45 3in elbow and it runs better. The lean issue seems to be when the car is in the Close loop cruise condition. So I am suspecting that the wiring from my Wideband to the ECU is not right. So it is not getting a correct lean rich 02 signal.

that would be a good guess, you can look at the voltage in the rtek software, just dont look at wideband look at the were the factory 02 reading is.
