Hi, guys I have a car here that has me quite baffled and after owning about 12 FC's I thought I'd be able to get her running but no luck.

I have an FSM, car is a TII S5 with an Rtek 1.8 ECU .... Previous owner somewhat butchered the wiring.. Ecu is getting power, main relay seems to be working, Opening circuit relay seems to be working and in spec. Leading coil is getting 12v, trailing 5v

I pulled the CAS and spun by hand No spark, no injector click... There's a HKS turbo timer and a boost controller but I don't believe those to be causing harm

Any ideas or insight?

 

The coils are supplied voltage by the B/Y wire and this wire comes from the main relay thus both should read the same w/key to on. If they don't then you need to check this B/Y wire.

 

try taking out the Turbo timer if what Satch says doesn't work.

 

Keep going down this path. Determine if the CAS signal is getting back to the ECU or not. Start by checking the wiring at the CAS plug and wiring continuity back to the ECU plug.
