Alright guys, I got a used rtek 2.0 probably about 5 months ago. I am just now getting to the point of being able to start the car and want to make sure the ecu is set back to stock peramiters. I have a tungsten t3 palm and when I go and opeopen rtek program on it, the little "x" on the top right corner never goes away. Am I doing something wrong or is it an issue with this type of palm?

 

nah, its probably the cable. I have the same PDA and actually ditched it a few days ago because it would drop connection during pulls about every 4 seconds. I got a sony clie sj-30 from ebay and ordered a cable from Digital Tuning... works perfectly now!

 

I got it to connect. I didnt have all of the plugs connected for the ecu so itit want getting any power. I connected them and now the palm will connect. I am still probably going to ditch the tungsten though.

 

well power usually helps.

I'm happy with my Sony Clie sj-30, I'll vouch for it.
