Check you battery voltage, and tps adjustment.

Does it start if you floor the gas pedal when cranking?

I had a problem one time where my cranking fuel map disappeared. I was totally confused until I looked at the tab in the ecu setup and it was set to inject 0ms of fuel throughout the temperature range.

Did you *LISTEN* to the posts that recommended to LOOK at the START MAP to see if the start map is set at zero or not? You really should before doing any other thing. If the START map is zeroed out, then the engine will NOT start when using the key to START position. It would start if pushed though.

Why? Because if the ECU does not see the START signal, then it uses the AFM for fuel during START instead of the START MAP internal to the ECU.

EDIT: If the engine has low compression (other than something like zero on one face of a rotor) then you'd go to the START MAP and adjust the fuel for MUCH less than stock. Like maybe something like 6-8 ms for a cold engine (say 70-100*F). The REASON the START MAP was introduced to the RTEK 2.1 was to give the operator the ability to adjust the START fuel to a much lower figure than the stock ms (I assumed this anyway, it's not written in blood anywhere).
