fuel start up map

tune >ecu set up > starting

my T3 has wiped out my cranking fuel. under the starting tab

usually you have a line graph, and you tune the fuel to coolant temp.

on mine it was completely whipped out twice now.. the T3 is known to have comunication errors with the rtek, i have since thrown away the t3 for an m100

can every one and any one please take a photograph or screen capture of their startig map tab.

or even type out the information if you really want to.

i need to go in and fine tune. but i have nothing to start off of.

right now i added fuel but i flood, i have to use my fuel cut off switch to be able to toggle to get the car to start. i use my ears to know if there is to much or to little fuel.

it is hard to tune for all temp points on the map since you have to BE at that temp, start up, and see how it reacts... its annoying to tune from a blank map

PLEASE help me get a base line to help tune start up on!!!

You did this before. The rtek has fuel cut when you press the gas pedal to the floor when cranking...

yeah i stated this is the 2nd time its happened to me. its pretty messed up trying to crank over and not being able to, having your battery die then needing a jump start. not knowing whats going on, while having a bunch of people stand around your car like "stupid rotary cant start"
luckly i checked my starting tab before i started pulling my spark plugs thinking it was compression. found it to be completely zeroed out.

what do you mean "rtek has a fuel cut when you press the gas pedal" i dont really need to press the gas pedal down, i have a manual fuel cut switch that shuts off the fuel pump. been using it for 7 years and i love it. i like it more then using the fuel cut with pedal, alot of cars have this feature.

if you mean the starting map will disappear when i press down the gas pedal all the way. no i wasnt pressing the gas pedal at all when the starting map was wiped out. it was some weird communication error with the t3 palm. i was having issues all night with the palm.

search function is screwy to me. and this rtek section doesnt seem to show more then a page of posts. IE: no page 2-3-4-5
excuse me if i ask something a 2nd time. im not going to spend 30-45 min trying to search. sift threw posts. and find my 2 year old post. or other peoples posts that dont have the identical problem as me. mine got wiped out so i have to create a new one not just adjust mine from pre-set

when it takes 3 min to create a new one and have people just post up their answer. would be quicker for some one to take a picture and post up. then for me to spend that much time sifting threw. hence why i post up.

i have many questions. all that i would like to ask, i dont like to search for answers because my question is specific to my curiosity. i would like my own personalized thread to the specific problem instead of posting in some 2-3 year old thread.
besides sometimes people dont elaborate enough in their replies. and with a new, freash post, i am able to ask questions based off the answers.

so , yeah, thats a little bit about me. how bout that!
