Fluctuations in MAP sensor even with pill

I have "pill" installed in the vacuum line from my MAP sensor to the upper intake plenum but yet I'm still having fluctuation problems. I did have to slightly modify the pill because it only had a hole in one side so clipped the other end of it (maybe that's the problem?).

Anyways, has anyone else had these fluctuations?

looks to me like your boost controller doing that. The pill removes high frequency pulses from the engine. These are far too slow.

I rerouted my vacuum line to the MAP sensor. I ran it to the bottom nipple (of 3) towards the front of the UIM and then did some pulls. Logs seemed much more steady, boost fluctuated no more than 1-2psi. Not sure if it's completely fixed just yet but it sure feels a LOT quicker now that it's not pulsating
