Do I need to delete the old software off of the palm? I tried to install over the old one w/ no success. But if I delete the software it removes the program and all the other files, but I think my logs and saved maps are backed up..?

You shouldn't.. Does the about screen say "build 4"?

 

it says build 1? I'll try to reinstall, but I'm going erase the old then try the new if that doesn't work....

 

Got build 4. everything works perfectly.
