im pretty disapointed in rob i recently bought an rx4 and i was going to do a blow through system from the shack but i dont think i can wait a half year to get my parts.anyways rob you know how to fix this SEND MY PARTS........

When you guys say you "ordered" parts, does that mean that you PAID for parts? or did Robert just tell you he was building your stuff? 'Cause I am the dummy that PAID for parts back in early Feb. and have nothing... **** man I don't even have a response from two weeks ago on this thread. Hell, if I would have known that Robert wouldn't do **** unless you threw in some hookers and blow, i could have tried to hook him up... I guess the lesson is if you don't live in So Cal DO NOT buy from Rotary Shack.

Wrong. Robert has completed over 1,000 orders that were out of california inlcuding out of the country with no problems at all, way before you even knew what a rotary engine was. So you should retract that statement what you clearly have no idea what you're talking about.

Hoping thats not the deal because they seem to be good down to earth guys. Im still waiting on my Carb set up. But I do understand that they are busy. But I now got my engine only thing Im waiting on now is the carbs but still no carbs lol. Even with the wait I think they are good guys

Fair enough, I will retract the "do not buy" statement... And except for the fact that I am 34 and this is my 3rd first gen RX7, most of what you say makes sense. I hear nothing but good thing about Robert's work and I have made every attempt to keep this fairly professional. I do think that 6+ months is a little bit too long to wait without a little bit more heads up from Robert, but again I understand he is quite busy and wants to keep his customers happy. I would like a refund though...

sent you a pm

I will speak with Robert Monday regarding your order. From what he's said, it seems that everything is done he's just waiting on the wastegate but if you still want a refund instead then I'll see what I can do.

Wednesday... nothing heard. I am not surprised as I have not heard from Robert in months. At first I really just wanted the parts, and every week or so Robert would say everything was done except for this or that... Never really saying that this could take six months or so, just promising that the parts were "shipping this week". Now I would really just like a refund so I can take my money elsewhere... What are the odds that customer service extends to refunds when parts are never shipped? I don't think we will have the answer anytime soon.

Bugeyed Shack Attack

I got my package from the Rotary Shack and when I opened the box and looked upon this GEM a tear came to my eye. LOL Dam this thing looks to sweet too use, ALMOST. Anyways, Robert was a more than happy to help me no matter what I needed and is a genuine guy. I recommend you give the Shack a try in the mean time feast your eyes on this beauty. V/R Dave.

What did you order anyways, unobtainium? Seven month is a long time! There got to be more to this story, just does seem to fit. I hope it works out.

For an order as large as yours that requires custom made parts to be requested, there is no refund. The turbo, exhaust manifold, etc can't be returned so there is no way to issue a refund. Your order is nearly complete, Robert will update you as soon as he can.

7 Sep. No word from Robert. No parts. Soon to be 8 months since payment and no contact (ie., response) in over 2 months. Absolute silence except for a moderators occasional "no refunds"....
