I have purchased over $1000 worth of parts for my turbo project that I am very happy with. He had good service( when he answers his phone) and he has helped me with lots of random questions.... He also has given me the phone numbers of other helpful ppl.... I would recomend anyone to robert as long as you arent in a hurry.... My parts took longer than expected but he gave me free stuff when he did ship them out.
Thanks Robert

Welp the business we've done Robert has been a pleasure and the quality has been sweet(you bent over backwards twice and did a 2nd day delivery for me on one occasion so nothing but praise here bro).
I've recently aquired a partner to part out over 70 of his RX7's and 3 warehouses full of RX7, and 626 parts so my point is that I've learned alot from your service so far and to tell you the truth it's a bit intimidating so we're taking our time to get organized and efficient in our efforts to pleasing the customers as you have definately pleased me. Customers don't realize the effort it takes to run a business like this...you get a 15 minute call from a customer asking alot of retarded questions(lol), once the call is over you crawl back under the car and the phone rings again, and again, then there's the cleaning of the product/part so it will be presentable to you customer, then the packaging and finally shipping, also keeping track of orders and sending the right parts to the right people and keeping your orders/records organized so you can give an ETA on delivery when the customer calls back "again" to find out the status of his parts, not to mention the e-mails that take you waaay into the wee hours of the A.M. to answer, then hopefully getting enough sleep to do it all over again the next day...then there's the customers that can't believe that the 25 year old red leather seats you sent them has some fading(but in otherwise great condition)and wants to yell at you for it, even after you sent them pics prior to the sell(not that this has happened, just a gross exaduration to make my point). Well just letting you and all the other guys doing what we're/you're doing know that "I feel you bro" keep up the good work. Oh yeah, "lick my *****"... that was classic, lol

Purchased a LT10S from Robert. Chatted with him on the phone for a bit and he gave me some technical advise and recommended me the product that he felt best suited the application I intended to use it for.
He also went out of his way to help me out with a couple items I needed for the install (coils, thanks so much!). Also got a laptop adapter for an excellent price. Very happy with my purchase and I hope to do business with Robert again in the future!

I bought a racing beat intake manifold and a weber carburetor and had a 12a turbo manifold built . The craftsmanship on the turbo manifold is very very good and was well worth the money and the wait Thank you Robert I hope to do more business with you later

well I ordered an oer about 4 months back and still haven't seen it, haven't gotten a tracking number, or been able to get a good response from rob. I think you should try responding to my emails every once in a while so I don't have to come onto this forum just to get your attention...

I'am still waiting on my part
Hello Robert
I still waiting to receive that carburated turbo plenum, I won and paid for on ebay, or even a tracking number to see if it was ever sent. Its been like over three months now. I see you wont accept my call anymore or return my messages.

Canada guys
Robert
Ok, let's say you sent my stuff and it's with the delivery guys. Just give me a tracking number and I will do my own investigation. If it stuck in custom there noting you or I can do. Robert I'm not here to ruin your rep, you were very helpfully in telling me what I need to set my car up, but maybe when you ship an item for your Canadian customers you should send an e-mail to them advising them that the item has been shipped along with the courior company and a tracking number. Just an idea.
Thanks for you help in the past

Parts
Hello Rob
Just want to let you know, I just received my carb hat, I purchase from you over 3 months ago. I know it wasn't your fault, I'm guessing it was stuck in Canadian customs, but a tracking number would of helped, I could of call and given them grief.
I just want to thank you again for all the info you gave me and just putting up with me bothering you.

Before you come in here and talk all that crap, you best be prepared to back it up and state your reasoning for everything you said. Seeing that you're a new member on the forum, I'd really love to hear your buying experiences, as well as your "Friends" with RotaryShack. Otherwise I would be more then happy to remove your post. Thanks

im not talking crap im stating the truth, i bought a enigine from rotary shack, which was a alright motor, but it was really hard to ever get a hold of the guy. and then it took forever to get here which i know isnt their fault its the shippers but i call not to long ago to ask a tech qusetion and he started insulting me and my mother who was the one who delt with all the shipping, started yelling and saying leave him alone, almost like he thought the motor was bad and he was scared.

If you didn't already know, yes Robert can be hard to get a hold of. He runs his shop by himself and doesn't have anyone else working there. He constantly has local customers coming by everyday with questions and needing immediate work done and yet he still tries to cater to the needs of customers across the US and even out of the country. Even today he has about 9 cars at the shop that need to be worked on plus tons of orders he's trying to finish up for other customers.
Now I don't know what happened about this phone call per say but I know it's not like him to insult his customers. You need to understand that he's very busy and wants to make every customer happy and help them all but in a perfect world that's never possible. If you have outstanding issues with Rotary Shack about a previous order then PM me personally and I will assist you.
However, please do not come on here and try to ruin his credibility with current and future buyers because of what you say may or may not have happened. I've spoken with a lot of his customers about transactions and many people are known to twist stories. Thanks.

i never said the motor was bad it runs good, all im saying is he was very disrespectfull with yelling and cussing. thats the part i didnt like, calling my mom crazy and a bitch. i have the entire conversation recorded to my phone for varifaction.
