Question 12a turbo questions

i have a 84 rbx7 12a. it is the carburator version i am wondering if i have to put a new carburator on if i want to turbo charge it.

no, you can boost prep the stock nikki and i actually recommend doing so. it works great!

yes, you have to not only turbo prep the carb, but rejet it as well

do they have a kit to rejet the carb and turbo prep it? if so where can i get it, im only going to be running 4 to 7 pounds of boost

that would be from me.. 4-7 psi is easy

guys,12 psi is no problem, some guys have run as high as 18 with good results but that much, well your on your own

so would you suggest rejeting the stock carb for 12 psi or so, or buying a newer one and having that rejeted?

if your carb works good send that one in and ill re-jet it and turbo prep it
