again..you may get some local rotary guys but i dont think folks will make the drive up from florida or down from mass to get piled up on-top of hondas...

You aught to know by know the old school guys are a breed all to themselves.
You remeber what happened last year at the pan-ams...There were alot of angry folks who drove from Ohio, MASS, CT chicago and florida and got little track time if they even got in...I talk to these guys all the time...Just the facts..

I hear you... We would never know unless we try, so hence the reason for doing something different. You can either watch it happen, herd it happened or make it happen - That's what I tell myself everyday.

Xtreme Imports Spring & Fall events will be a yearly thing at Atco. The NE is saturated with events so this will be a slight variation from the "norm".
7 Second rotaries are cool to watch but we have plenty of that all year round at Etown, Pan Ams, NSCRA, etc. Why not give the FWD guy in PR a chance to come over to do show the US guys what they got. It's not going to be an all out FWD event. The goal is to have FWD, AWD, 3/4 chassis, full chassis & Street RWD cars on the same track for one huge event. I guess when I see you at Atco we'll talk more about the plans for the future Xtreme Imports events.

Last year's Pan Ams was great. It was the first time they did not allow Sunday tech cards. If you did not get there early Saturday you were not racing the weekend. At first I thought it was bullshit but then I realized all the serious racers were there on Saturday. Next thing was they had a limited about of tech cards so everyone got a lot of runs. Tech cards were sold out Saturday early afternoon. I tried everything to get a tech card late Sat afternoon and they just had no more.

A friend of mine ran and had a lot of runs. The only thing that sucked was a lot of guys were not aware that you could not buy a tech card on Sunday. I saw trailers and trailers being turned away. Atco sent out a flyer and it was on there but not everyone reads the flyers.

This Pan Ams if you don't get there early Saturday or even Friday you will be assed out.

Just out of curiosity, how much does it cost to ship these cars from PR to the States and is it by ship or Airplane? Also, who pays for it? Thanks.

Sean I'll be by you on the Saturday after this event (29th). Call me if you need anything from my side. Pan American nations will be on July 16th-18th, so make sure the 4 is ready. I'll talk to you when I come to the shop on Saturday.
