I thought the idea was trying to get the back to squat and transfer the weight to help hook the best? As stiff as my setup is I do not think what I have talked about doing is going to make a huge differance anyway..

I am not sure myself that's why I asked. At first I thought the rear should be soft like you say to get it to squat. But with the rear stiff, it pushes the tires down for traction and the front can lift up better soft since it doesn't have power to pull the tires up anyway. ????? I don't know. My soft front / stiff rear setup is working better now than stiff all around, decreased wheel hop also.
