ID What Plugs?

Which plugs do you use?
Currently, I am using Greddy Pro Racing Plugs RE11's, but at $42 each, I am open to alternatives.
Putting down somewhere around 600 RWHP and running E85.
Any suggestions?

Keep using them! Buy a plug cleaner at harbor freight and just rotate them. I buy a set or 2 each season and run them until they crack. also try buying from air, he usually prices them well but you are not going to find them much cheaper!

Are you street driving with them? I run 9's on the street, also warm up at the track On them. Then swap in the race plugs and maybe swap in another set depending on how many passes I make.

I run the NGK 11.5 heat range. R6725-115.

If anyone needs a set I have a set for sale. $130 shipped.

Thanks,

Anthony

R6725 but I believe R7420 is the newer version. I found them for 32.xx a plug.

The re11 are NGK's (prettysure). Available in the same heat ranges. 10.5 thru 11.5. They all seem to be priced about the same.

I thought the "greddy" plugs were 7420s for some reason... But I'd better check M&W if it says anything about plugs... So I don't fry anything

^ The Greddy plugs are the R7420 iridiums. Only difference I found was price, the Greddy's were usually cheaper. I'm also going to be trying out the NGK BUE's this summer, they are surface gap like OEM, but as cold a plug as you can get (don't list a number). Only problem with them is they are not as long in the thread area, and are a bit more recessed than stock.

Believe the Greddy RE plugs are no longer available. Not listed on the latest price sheets anyway.

Yes! I would like to see these as well! $40 a plug is just too much in my book.

Thing is, I drive my car on the streets and sometimes like to get in to 25+ PSI.
Don't want a hot plug in there if I'm going to do that.
Just bought a set of the Greddy's and have a set in there already that I will take out and clean and then swap them back and forth.

The Greddy plugs are definitely not Denso, they're NGK, and you aren't going to find them (the R7420's) for any cheaper than the Greddy's. When I got mine I got them through RHDjapan: http://www.rhdjapan.com/trust-greddy...tary-13b-13926 for $35/plug.

You can even see on the side of the Greddy plug it says NGK Iridium.

The densos look almost identical to the NGK R7420's though, so maybe they are all the same plug? The Denso's are listed for more than the NGK's, check here: http://www.ngk.com/results_cross.asp?pid=7756&x=0&y=0
