What harness and fire jacket should I buy?

My 6-point is installed and ready to go. I just need a harness and fire jacket to be legal to race. I'm running pinks all out next weekend so I need to get this stuff ordered soon. I don't know much about either one, so i'd like some suggestions. I'm running high 10s.

I would go with the cam lock i think it works better and in a hurry works good is good!
The nhra manual has the rateings but with just a 6 point i think any rating on the fire-jacket should be good!

I'll get some pics of it in the next few days. It turned out really well, but hurt the wallet.

On the harness, the 6-point has a harness bar, but i'm seeing most of the harnesses have a metal tab at the end. Do i need a certain type of harness that straps around the bar, or do have need to have tabs welded onto the bar?

If you plan on going 9s which I think you will or over 135mph, you will need the multi layer jacket. (Sfi 3-2a/5) For now you can get away with the single layer jacket but if you can afford it, get the multi layer jacket.

As for the the harness, each track is different. For the last event last year the tech guys at Etown wanted me to mount it on the tab instead of looping it around the bar. I would just use the tab and bolt them to the tab since it moves all over the place if you don't and it gets annoying. When you buy the harness, it should come with the tabs.

Post some pics!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was smart to get a roll bar installed, congrats.

Thanks for the replies guys. Looks like i'll get one with tabs and have them welded on. Sounds like the best option for me.

This this 6-point is only good to 10.0 and 135, i don't know if it would make sense to get the higher level jacket. Although, i remember reading about needed the 3 layer for anything running alcohol. So would include my meth injection? What about if i switch over to E85?

Here are a few teaser cell-phone pics. I'll get some better ones soon.

pic of front area?

Also curious why a Kirk roll bar would not work the same? Would need to have the front part completed (extra 2 points)... But the bolt in cage (4 point) is $400 (not chromoly)...

I wanted something custom fit. I don't really have experience with Kirk roll bar, i just wanted something tailored specifically for my car.
