Yeah, it's no longer an elite area, anyone with 500 HP can get into the 10's easily...it's when you make 638HP, I think that's when you run into that brick wall

Thanks. Your run looked good but at the end that porsche steels the thunder. I had to watch it again cuz I didn't even notice what it was. I saw the 13 at like 158, I was thinking I guess the clocks are messed up on the other side of the track.

 

The guy that owns the Porsche is a friend of mine and had tranny issues. Google "worlds fastest porsche" He also went 226mph in the texas mile. That car is the fastest street legal car I know. That are some better vids of him in my sig...

 

I havn't run it yet. Thats why I wanted some vids to see what they behave like off the line etc.

The builder of the car before I got it drove it to a 10.6 but I have been unable to find any vids of it.

Ive just finished putting a 6 point cage and all the local saftey requirements in it so theres no much more I have to do before I can take it for some testing and get used to it.

 

638 is fine, its the 638.9hp that creates the problem.. maybe i'll spend the winter trying to reach 500hp. anthony, you have any tips on making 490 whp at like 34psi? most guys i know can only put down those kinda #'s on pump gas. PLEASE tell us your secret...
