Big congrats indeed. I heard a rumor that they didn't even have it set on "kill". That thing is an animal!!! It's truly amazing that a bone stock motor can take that much abuse!!! One hell of a tune, one hell of a driver

Okay here you go...

This was the first run of the day.. It spun pretty bad and went a 1.71 60ft..
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2nqBP...eature=channel

Now I made a slight adjustment to the 2 step rpm and also tire pressure adjustment and were going in the right direction as it now went 1.64 60ft
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bm5Ea...eature=channel

I felt the tires weren't upto the correct temps as it was pretty cool out today and my brother wasn't doing big enough burnouts .. So after an ear full from me he went 1.55 60ft and the first 9 sec pass.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ppogQ...eature=channel

I knew the setup was close and felt a little bit more tire pressure could be taken out and so I did it and we got it down to a 1.46 60ft and 9.85 et...

So the question now is where do we go from here? The car definitely has alot more to go..
It's only running 28~29psi and really needs to be around 36~40psi. I know this car can probably make somewhere around 750~800hp if i push it, but the problem is how much longer can the stock motor hold up? How much more can the stock tranny hold? How long will the ACT clutch hold up to this abuse?

Or do we simply say it's had enough and let's just leave it alone

"We need a parachute on the back of that thing"

I vote for leaving it like it is till he gets a stockpile of transmissions and engines. Oh and a cage too

Great job again guys, that is quite an accomplishment all the way around!
