Remote water pump

Anyone here running one of these?

I just got my Pro Comp remote water pump. Identical to the one in the link below. They are normally meant to be mounted directly on to the front of popular V8s. But mine does not have the legs it usually has to mount on to a V8. I plan on welding on some AN fittings and mounting it somewhere on the frame rails next to my radiator.

But I need a flange with fittings on it like the ones from Rotary-Works (like in the link below) but for a 12a and with AN style fittings/threads. Anyone know where to get one. I have seen them before, but not in a while.

Anyone know any others? Maybe with AN style fittings already machined in?

After some searching, I realize the Pro Comp pump is probly the best choice. Although it will work. I think I will switch to another remote water pump.

Any suggestions? I was told this is a very good affordable pump. But is 20gph enough? At around $150 new, this seems like a good buy. Its lighter and easier to mount than the pro Comp I have. And looks to be more reliable in the long run.

My machinist has finished the design of the water housing. They will now be going off to get anodized and should be ready shortly. They will have provisions for coolant temp/water temp sensors..

Blue and red is a pretty common engine bay color... Like most An fittings. I like the black and gold look though.

Can we please get some more pictures/details of this piece? Looks really nice. I've always been interested in a remote water pump outlet that had a smooth transition from the inlet/outlet on the block to the circular hose connections.

I sent an email and I am waiting on a response.

I'm glad to see we actually have a lot of options for once. As most of us know, we usually only have one or two options, if any at all when it comes to parts like this.

Many different choices. Tap the parts, tap the radiator, sensor in the side of the motor, inline sensor on the hose. Not sure yet. I'll choose when everything else is installed.

E-mailed him directly... He responds quickly. Yes, we as humans are lazy and want easy click here buy now options. Maybe this will open his eyes to upgrade the site?

lol... I think you hit the nail on the head. There are a few other things I'm looking for that's listed on the site. But with no pics, or links to pay, or to get more info on the product. I'm sure Roan loses sales all the time. Meaning less money for the car...

You heard it, upgrading your site, makes your car faster!
